Bardejovsk\u00e9 me\u0161tianske domy ovplyvnilo podelenie mesta na stavebn\u00e9 parcely. Na n\u00e1mest\u00ed sa stavali v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou trojosov\u00e9, dvojpodla\u017en\u00e9 domy, v bo\u010dn\u00fdch uli\u010dk\u00e1ch trojosov\u00e9 jednopodla\u017en\u00e9. D\u013a\u017eka parcely ur\u010dovala obd\u013a\u017enikov\u00fd p\u00f4dorys domu ako dvojtrakt. Takmer ka\u017ed\u00fd dom sl\u00fa\u017eil aj pre obchodn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, preto cel\u00fdm pr\u00edzem\u00edm viedla priechodov\u00e1 chodba. Z chodby sa vch\u00e1dzalo do spodn\u00fdch miestnost\u00ed, na vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 schodisko do druh\u00e9ho podla\u017eia a na schody do pivnice. Miestnosti boli raden\u00e9 za sebou. Vchody boli lemovan\u00e9 a zdoben\u00e9 kamenn\u00fdmi port\u00e1lmi. Port\u00e1l nad vchodom do prednej miestnosti bol zvy\u010dajne najhonosnej\u0161\u00ed. Obytn\u00e9 a reprezenta\u010dn\u00e9 miestnosti na poschod\u00ed mali okn\u00e1 smerovan\u00e9 do n\u00e1mestia. V zadnej \u010dasti bola kuchy\u0148a a miestnosti pre slu\u017eobn\u00edctvo. Port\u00e1ly, schodisk\u00e1 a rozli\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdklenky v sten\u00e1ch boli vyzdoben\u00e9 kamen\u00e1rskou v\u00fdzdobou, fas\u00e1dy a reprezenta\u010dn\u00e9 miestnosti n\u00e1stennou maliarskou v\u00fdzdobou.
